Resource Management Assessment
In today’s climate it is essential that we manage our property resources in a cost effective manner. Energy rates are on the rise with no end in sight. A Resource Management Assessment from Radec can help our customers manage these increasing costs while still maintaining or improving building comfort.

A Resource management Assessment involves:

• Analysis of a building’s systems and current functioning
• Pinpointing opportunities for cost-savings and improvements in efficiency
• Wherever possible, linking customers with solutions that qualify for rebates through government programs, utility companies, or product suppliers.

Maintenance and Customer Service
At Radec, customer service is very important. We appreciate that our customers are busy and can’t always keep track of when it is time to replace emitters or filters.

As part of Radec’s ongoing customer service, we will:

• Record and track products purchased
• Send out a reminder a few weeks before it is time to change emitters and/or filters
• If Radec does the change out for the client we will schedule a time for our technician to go in and do the job

Our periodic customer service maintenance calls are also an opportunity for customers to review the efficiency and effectiveness of our products.
