Access up to $250,000 to for making Energy Efficient Retrofits
As part of Canada’s push towards reducing our greenhouse gas emissions, the Federal government has created the ecoENERGY Retrofit Incentive for Buildings. An ecoENERGY grant of $10 per gigajoule (GJ) of estimated annual energy savings, or 25 percent of eligible project costs may be available to commercial buildings that reduce energy usage in their building. This added financial incentive is in addition to financial savings from lowered energy costs.
