Now that you have an idea of how much your new home will cost, it’s time to find out if you qualify for financing.

Your lender gave you the green light? Congratulations! Now it’s time to get serious. Do you have a site already? Is your realtor already on the hunt? We are happy to connect you with a realtor to find the perfect location for your new home. We’ll work with you to make sure your site is suitable for the plan you’ve selected.

Now that you’ve got your site, we’ll do a comprehensive survey to assess site conditions. This, of course, costs money, so again we’ll ask for money that we’ll credit towards your new home.

Building a custom home can be an exhausting experience: it’s fun at the beginning, but soon enough you are sick and tired of endless visits to showrooms all over the city. We believe that the process should be as painless as possible. In fact, it should be fun!

Our design team has carefully chosen a variety of stunning finishes, high-performance appliances, and contemporary fixtures. At our Design Centre, select the finishes and colours to personalize your home inside and out. We’ll also discuss upgrade options, such as our Technology Package and in-floor radiant heating, or whether you’d like to include an income suite in the basement.

No matter what you choose, we guarantee that it will look fabulous and stand the test of time.

We strive to make our clients happy, and fundamental to that is establishing a set price. Now that we’ve done a complete site assessment and selected all of our interior and exterior features, we can give a firm and final price. It’s time to sign on the dotted line.

Your work is done, congratulations! We’ll apply for all the permits. Once we have the necessary permits, move into your new home in six months. Guaranteed. We’ll invite you to the site at various stages of the building process, so that you can be confident in the quality of your new home.

Your home is almost complete. We’ll walk you through and together, we’ll make a list of every tiny detail that needs to be addressed to ensure that you are over the moon at your rapidly approaching move-in.
